Once you place an order with us, please allow 1-3 business days for us to process and prepare your items for shipment. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer, but we will always do our best to get your order ready as quickly as possible.

We offer a variety of shipping methods to accommodate your needs. Our shipping partners include reputable carriers such as Bluedart, Delhivery and, Ecom Express, etc.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as the destination. The exact shipping cost will be mentioned on the packaging of your parcel. We strive to provide competitive shipping rates while ensuring the safe and timely delivery of your items.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on prepaid orders to all delivery locations across India.
Please note that if the shipping charges are mentioned separately on the packing label it does not mean you have to bear the shipping charges. By offering you free shipping, we are paying for the shipping on your behalf.
Cash On Delivery (COD) Shipping
We offer Cash On Delivery (COD) for most regions in India. However, for certain areas where COD is not available, we may request a prepayment. You will receive a payment link via Razorpay, valid for 2 days. Failure to make the prepayment within this timeframe will result in order cancellation.
Please note that we reserve the right to determine the eligibility of an order for COD.
Shipping Times
The estimated shipping time will depend on the shipping method serviceable to the destination of your order. Standard shipping within India typically takes 3-5 business days, while shipping to remote areas may take longer. Please note that these are estimated times and actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as public holidays, extreme weather conditions, or any other unforeseen delays.
On average, it takes 5-7 business days for an order to be delivered at your doorstep.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. This will allow you to track the progress of your package and see the estimated delivery date. You can also log in to your account on our website to view the status of your order and track its journey.
International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping but we do have an international store and primarily we operate in the US where the fulfillment is handled by a local manufacturing partner based in the US. If you're based outside of India and/or with a delivery address other than India, kindly head over to blysswave.com for a country-specific store experience.
