Refund policy

Exchanges

We have a 5-day exchange policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To request an exchange, you must contact us at help@blysswave.com. If your exchange request is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how to proceed further. Items returned to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted. If the value of the exchanged item is higher than the originally bought item then the difference amount needs to be paid online. In case the amount is lower then the difference amount will be adjusted towards reverse pickup charges. Exchanges will be processed only once per order.

Damages and issues

A replacement will be offered if the problem is reported to us via the support email within 5 days of product delivery, along with the required photo proof.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If you have noticed any damages on the packaging while delivery, kindly mention the damages as a remark while signing an acceptance of the parcel. This will help us in claiming the damages on your behalf from the courier service.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned, like Digital Products (Printables), Stationery, Tote Bags, and Custom products such as special orders or personalized items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about a specific item.

Please note that our products are made to order and hence we do not accept any returns or exchanges for items that were ordered incorrectly (e.g. size/color, input errors for customizations, wrong address, or an incomplete address). It is the responsibility of the buyer to include the correct shipping information including but not limited to the addressee's details and ensure all the order details like size, color, or any variant is selected as desired.

We'll be unable to offer returns on orders if the error is not the responsibility of our manufacturer. So please double-check the input field for customizable items, spelling errors can't be entertained once the product is delivered.

We also do not refund orders that have been verified as delivered by the tracking carrier. You should contact the local post office for those cases or file a claim with the delivery company.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on Clearance Sale items or Gift cards either.

 

Returns

We do not accept returns. But if you've issues with your order please feel free to contact us at help@blysswave.com.

 

Refunds

We do not offer any refunds but in an exceptional situation at our sole discretion, store credits will be issued after deducting the reverse pickup charges of ₹70.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item and whether the refund was approved. If approved, your account will be updated with store credits within a week. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please get in touch with us at help@blysswave.com.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund, return, or exchange request if it is determined the said merchandise does not qualify for the same based on our inspection.
